- when your bottles expire
- when it’s time to thaw your milk
HoopDee figures it out and remembers all of it for you.

Finally...
You don’t have to keep all this in your head anymore.

HoopDee has made managing our bottles much easier. The bands work well, the app is intuitive, and everything syncs seamlessly. Having expiration times, bottle tracking, and feeding information all in one place takes a lot of the guesswork out of daily routines.

As a busy working mom, HoopDee has been one of the best tools we’ve added to our feeding routine. The color-coded bottles make it so simple to know which bottle to grab next, whether it’s me, my husband, or our nanny feeding the baby. HoopDee has made feeding coordination so much less stressful for our family.

I got these for my daughter. She's a first time mommy, and loves the HoopDee Hoops for the bottles. She was marking them with marker, or using tape and obviously not very efficient. Very easy to use and we clean them with the bottles.

Why I Built HoopDee
When my son was only three days old, we found out he’d lost over 20% of his body weight.
Every drop of milk suddenly mattered - a lot.
I needed something that could remember everything for me because my exhausted brain couldn’t.
I searched everywhere. Nothing existed.
So I built HoopDee.

Frequently Asked Questions
Hoops fit the neck of any standard or wide-neck baby bottle — including Dr. Brown's, Spectra, Medela, Comotomo, Avent, and Tommee Tippee. If it holds milk, it works.
Yes! HoopDee works for both breast milk and baby formula. Because breast milk and formula have different storage and expiration guidelines, the HoopDee app calculates expiration times based on the type of milk, storage location, and other information you enter.
This helps parents and caregivers know what’s fresh, what to use next, and when milk or formula should be discarded.
Yes! HoopDee Hoops use passive NFC (Near Field Communication) technology—the same type of tap technology commonly used for contactless payments. Passive NFC tags do not require batteries or charging and only activate when brought within close range of a compatible smartphone.
To use a Hoop, simply tap the top of your smartphone to the color name on the Hoop. The Hoop syncs with the HoopDee app to help ensure you’re viewing and tracking the correct baby bottle. You can also tap the Hoop anytime to quickly open the app and view that bottle’s details.
This simple tap-to-track system helps reduce manual entry and human error, making it easier for parents and caregivers to keep track of breast milk and formula.
No - HoopDee Hoops never need batteries or charging.
Yes! HoopDee tracks your frozen breast milk supply, too. Our app works seamlessly with HoopDee Breast Milk Storage Bags to keep your freezer stash organized. When you freeze milk, the app assigns it a unique bag number—just write that number on your HoopDee bag, and the app keeps track of what you have, when it expires, and which bag to use next.
No spreadsheets, complicated labeling systems, or digging through the freezer trying to figure out which bag to use. HoopDee helps you keep your frozen breast milk organized from pumping to feeding.
Yes! The HoopDee app is completely free to use, with no subscription fees required. You can also invite partners, family members, and other caregivers to join your account, making it easy for everyone caring for your baby to stay connected and access the same breast milk and formula tracking information.
